Steve Gadd's Mozambique
Technique by Murray Creed // November 14 2013
Today I am going to be talking about a groove called the mozambique. The mozambique was made famous by Steve Gadd in a song called "Late in the Evening" by Paul Simon. This is a simpler version to assist you in attaining some proficiency at this groove before you move forward and master these techniques. Remember to practice this slowly and master the movements before you increase the tempo. Have fun!
